    Every butterfly portioned us
with the scope of its splendour,
    perched us in its wings,
    every lavish candelabrum
in the scales of its lustre,
    every lover
    in the combustion
    of its passion,
    it's lust.

^ did you mean it’s or its lust?

    As affirming it is lust?

Thank I did not see that. Spelling correction automatically turned it to it's because it was the beginning of the sentence, according to 'porose'.
