Thank you my friend. In all honesty I've been fighting myself over whether to write or to hide and I figured let it out. This is the first of hopefully many that I'll be writing about a new stage in my life where I learn to accept what I cannot change, namely mental illness

You're on the right course, Hazel. In my experience, mental illness is not something that can necessarily be changed, but it can certainly be managed.
