About how odd it was that you and me worked at last,
I was that simple and you we're the opposite
but they said opposite attracts so we begun to deal with it,
It was all just a glimpse of what i would be having with you,
You were sweet, caring and you understand the things i wanted to do,
You were always there especially when i need you the most,
When the time they turn their backs on me,
You held me close and told me to just keep it still and continue to go,
I had the best times whenever i'm around you,
You always see to it that even when everything could go wrong

I still can't believe that when you were giving everything to me,
You were feeling so empty, i didn't see it in your eyes,
But now i realize that depression has a mask over those who experience it,
Hiding it by fake smiles and laughter, good old jokes and simple talks,
but i thought it was so clear, that i would be willing to be always be here for you,
To hold you close, make you smile and love you, i don't know that it could happen to you,
