Night Writer

There's comfort in this, like a realization that we don't have to carry any shame or hesitation in sharing our darkest secrets or what we're afraid to put into words. The night somehow understands, even when our mind can't process everything, there's always a promise of the sunrise. I found these few lines so calming, especially because I too, have often felt understood in the night, where I can be honest and know there is both darkness and light inside of me, inside of my mind.

When I read this I actually thought about what time of the day I write!! And most of the times it’s at night. Whether it is because of the serenity of the night, or the dark ones.
