It's shame that I'm always busy now and I don't get to read your poems on spot as before. I am so sad I couldn't read this one, in particular, before now. What an absolutely absolute poem. Your words do so much, they are drastic.

i refuse to believe that light was
destined to live such a woeful life.
^I wish i can replace comments with sound effects for lines like these. They poke the heart.

And then that last verse, i could imagine myself lost in a vast angry sea on a dark night with some light emerging warming the surface and I reaching for that savor.

I am left with so many emotions reading and actually find myself in your lines here. It's on my favorites.
