A writer

A writer
Expresses through the heart
Expresses through the mind
Expresses through the soul
About what we feel inside

We see everything go by
And take it into heart
We then turn it into words
Every little part

We express all the feelings
That we feel in these things
We write about our emotion
When someone’s pulled on our heart strings

The words come from our heart
Out of experiences we’ve had
We try to tell others how it feels
So that won’t have to feel that sad

We love to express ourselves
In poetry, our passion
Expressing through the heart
