Gone With the Wind

by stephalee   Jul 12, 2004

Crying down on hands and knees
As my hair blows in the cruel Autumn breeze
so many minutes seemed to have passed
while sleeping next to you in the ice cold grass

Cherishing gifts that you gave
Now i stand at your grave
You were fighting a secret never ending strife
So you gave up and ended your life

No one can know
The horrors of finding your lovers body cold in the snow
Bloody icicles attached
I now have mental wounded never to be patched

Now i live in a hospital for the insane
normal lifestyles and thinking went down the drain
Thinking of you makes me so sad
But the more i think the more i get mad

Love for you soon turns into hate
Leave me alone its getting too late
Thoughts of you will start to fade
Along with memories that we made

Now I know you've truly sinned
Before i know it your gone with the wind
