Death is like a crack on the windshield of my car

^ So the crack keeps on growing? Extending? Until the mirror shatters completely and those who are driving become exposed to what the windshield was protecting them from? Okay. So death may take a long time or short time to crack that mirror. Also, does Death that is like that crack become non existent once the mirror shatters or since the mirror shattered Death becomes by far more Alive?
