What a cool word! I loved this and the thoughts behind this.

And I learned something new today! The title, the Italian word for "rainbow".

Lovely little piece. I would suggest a separation or line break between the second and third line... but I like the way this made me think of a fantasy character, granting wishes and helping people reach their dreams. "accommodate the dreams" was an interesting word choice, I think rainbows mean lots of things to different people. It can give someone hope, and be a sign to another.
