To go by each passing day with so much sorrow,
you give up the hope that happiness will be there tomorrow.
With each struggling day that goes by so slow,
You try to live your life, knowing what you keep hidden below.
So much despair, so little hope thats what's hidden there,
Hidden behind that lovely smile that you pretend to wear.
All those tears, that you keep locked inside,
you hope you wont let one fall and show,
its something you fear of happening to you,
Afraid that they would finally know.
So scared to open up and express how you truly feel,
So all your problems and worries you constantly conceal.
You keep so many things hidden not wanting people to feel your pain,
But your slowly realizing why it all remains.
The only way you open up is when you write these rhymes,
Writing about how you feel and all those cold hearted times.
Yet these rhymes will never be read by anyone
there just another thing that you hide, from the world and everyone
