I have no words, this is very smart!! I really like that you did the opposite of resigning the words you repeat and used all of them in this poem.
Although they’re repeated they do have a character. :)

It is astonishing for me, to see how much we can relate to other people's feelings and how others do find themselves in some of our words too. there are pieces in me in this poem and I've seen myself writing many of these line, just not as powerful.

i hate that you are
a part of my poetry that will never subside,
and i thank you for it. i
