The Fracture

by BOB GALLO   Apr 28, 2020

From nothing to everything
we are
two immeasurable,
where nothing make sense
but us.

Your eyes are the bridge of us
across one another
over the fractures of two seconds:
one soul,
me and you,
immeasurable distance
widening
spreading like a splinter of fracture on a windshield,
like crack
on the skin of ripen watermelons.

In the flame that
I am always alive
Like the eternal fire
In the temple of within
away from the blemish of uninflammable world
A gate
To the “Sea of Light” (*

--

*) Name of a famous diamond.

My. nominated!! Even if that wasn't a name of a famous diamond just the image of it in the readers head is so inspiring. Another vintage write by you! I love this one a lot.
