This poem really hit a nerve with me. So painful and emotive. It expresses my own feelings as a nurse at this time. Thank you for putting it into words.

It is always tough to go through the feelings that you are never good enough. Stuff like that plays out in your mind like what can I do better, am i good enough? Etc. I like the reality you painted here as you also dressed up the meaning in metaphors a bit. You really showed the reader what was on your mind.

This reads a lot like a shelter or a nursing home because there can be a lot of chaos in those type of places. The feelings of sadness are well warranted in the times of the virus. You never know what will happen each night and that makes you worried and anxious and you painted those feelings well here.

The scene is very honest and sad. I can really feel you. I love how poetically you mixed emotions into the actual chore you're doing. I am always into personal input in poems. It really gives this poem authenticity.

aside from that.. Andrea you might be one of the few dedicated people I've met in my life who do all that you do You are more than enough.
