Art Of Madness

by Mary   May 16, 2020

You don't deserve flairs of color
Or talented splashes on canvas
Nor wasted bright efforts of countenance.

With withered lacquered fish
palpitating on stalks
Laced fangs
hues of your mood
Only in cold stark madness
do I paint
the real you.

Love this a lot. As the previous comment said, this reminds me of Van Gogh too.
And that was a good way of telling us about that person's personality!

True: Ask Van Gogh, he draw everything in the verge of madness.
    Nicely worded.
