What kind of struck me, is that you made this poem relatable, and a commentary on life nowadays, but it didn't seem cliche. This line in particular: "death deletes tickets", with its own line break, was powerful.
When I think of waiting rooms, there is uncertainty, chaos, hesitation, a feeling of dread. No guarantees. And you captured all of those feelings in a few lines. Well done.
