The luster of this world has lost its shine to me
For I have tasted and seen that the Lord is good
The fruit of Your Spirit taste better to me
than the weeds of vanity
In the garden of my heart
You cultivate the seeds of Your righteousness
to exude the sweet-smelling fragrance
of the fruit of Your Holy Spirit
Scatter the fragrance, and sing a hymn of praise
For My fruit is better than gold, even pure gold,
and My yield than choicest silver
