omg MA...goosebumps everywhere. What a powerful poem. I was mainly taken away with how strong your tone is knowing how affected you actually are by all this. It's so overwhelming.

Silence pollutes the rivers
we were once defined by,
! these 2 lines were like the peak and then your closing words were just killers. The poem flowed so well from the bottom of your heart and touched mine!!

You really capture the sense of exasperation of our times. We all need a different direction don’t we?
