This is exactly how poetry should be in my opinion.The feeling is poetical; the style has little baring on what a poetical heart is pouring out. In better words, the form is internal not accessory.

Such a brilliant write! I love the depth in this poem and the way it flows. Profound. The below verse is my favourite.

Trauma is not a path
I can block forever.
It takes the form of
overgrown weeds
and poison ivy and
dead trees that I will
need to clear again.
