Wowzers, Andrea! I initially thought the cup of tea would symbolize peace or contemplation. But, instead, that lingering image is tinged with fear. Apprehension. The not knowing and not being able to free from this person. It makes me immediately think of a toxic person, or someone who keeps threatening and using past things against you, and will not allow you to move forward and grow. So you're tied there, afraid to let an emotion speak for you. |
