Again, I gotta say, I'm loving these acrostics. This calls as a reminder to take care of yourself first, only then can you help others, and no one is worth compromising or endangering your own mental health. It's never selfish to care for ourselves. And sometimes, we can lose a sense of ourselves or our own identity and desires when we constantly focus on others' instead of listening to our own needs too.
