This elections is like Halloween

This election feels like Halloween
to some is fun
to others is a nightmare

people make lines at the polls to cast their vote

The results will let us know
If the majority chose
to be tricked
or to be treated
for the upcoming four years

    I hope no one would think that this is fun! The people who don't take this seriously... well, they worry me.

    I agree though, and liked the truth of the "trick and treat" wordplay. It's like an extended nightmare at this point, like a week-long Halloween... and I have to provide (and eat) the candy to get through it haha.
