I suppose it must be one of the biggest cliches in any form of art review, but here I go anyway:

I SO relate to this, lol

    Great write.

Can I also comment and say that I relate to this immensely too?

But seriously, there's something to be said when there's a back and forth between us living in the moment, acknowledging reality, and other times when we're not quite certain of who we are. This read to me like dissociation too. And thinking too much into things, if we're simply moving and reacting how society expects us to, or if we're actively doing something in our lives because WE want to. Are we being our authentic selves, what is really motivating us? It's haunting - the drifting between consciousness and reality, and as usual, you pen this with such depth.

Thanks for the kind words. Lately my mental health has been really good for the most part. But some days I feel...idk. Not sad. Not upset. Just...off. Like I'm in a body that looks like mine but everything has been moved 2 inches to the left.

Oh my dear I can so relate to this! I have my good days and bad days. I have days that are so dark I am ready to say umm help me, then I write, take my meds and move on. I know a bit to much information but that is what I love about your poetry, it brings the truth out for a reader. I really love this!
