I loved you since the start

When I first talked to you

When we had plans to marry
Our burden we needed to carry

But then we both went our way
I would have stayed, but went away

Many years after that we finally met

But one day you left me for another
But I wanted to keep us together

Hopeless I was, cried and screamed
All was stolen what I ever dreamed

I couldn't escape the pain, I was struck

After all I have to say my dear love
I still do love you, it is truelove

I can't say when it started or began
Feels like it was God's great plan

I started to believe and somehow still do
We were meant for each other, me and you

I wish deeply to reconcile in this life
Otherwise we will meet in the afterlife
