    Congrats on the win. I like this poem for the lesson that it conveys. However, it could benefit with some editing to make it flow better:

    There are many things, that I own
    Which accumulates over the year
    During spring clean, some are thrown
    And made to disappear

    ^ This is just a suggestion for the first stanza:

    I would write it like this

    There are many things I own
    accumulated over the year
    during Spring cleaning as it’s known
    some are rid off and disappear
