Interesting write. I don't see anything triggery in it, but there are some good messages in there. I think this one hits home for many and it's something that we really do need to understand:

"Time will pass and so will friends
But some relationships must end
And may halt on a sour note
that stings your eyes and fills your throat"

I truly have no words for this.. It's similar to what I'd write I guess.
This flowed extremely well and there were no gaps as in there was nothing that seemed to break up the flow so nothing that I'd changed, it made me gasp for breathe more than once because I could relate to quite a few things within this that have happened to me over time, as I've grown up but these things help mould our lives into what they are meant to be, I think.
"Hug your friends: One day you'll be
Separated by a screen
A plague is coming and will leave
Suffering you won't believe"

I have to say, you’re amazing!!!!
You’re so aware of everything, I only know you through your poetry but still I can say you’re really maturing.
I still didnt write my day 11 poem, and tbh this intimidates me!!!
