This is so real!!! I know it feels like torture sometimes, especially when it’s emotional eating. Satisfies at the moment only. Still don’t be so hard on yourself, and you’re not alone in this.

A friend of mine started sharing, when she worksout, what she eats. How she deals with her emotions. We were talking the other day, I was telling her I can relate, she told me that inspires her she feels support. Her other friends and I, as we watch her it inspires us too.

For me I try to make it a lifestyle as much as possible, I hate feeling obligated to do something. I enjoy food, it’s one simple source of happiness. After so long, I finally accepted I just want to stay healthy, and looks comes way down in the list.

Sorry for thee ramble, and thank you so much for sharing this with us MA <3

Thank you for your kind words, Star, seriously! That's really beautiful that your friend shared that, and that you both could talk about it. I think we all have our own journeys/struggles/feelings in regard to food and body image and whatever else, you name it... so it's nice to be able to open that discussion and feel "heard".

Thank you for your lovely comment! <3
