The Gap

All the truth
is hidden in the moments of a bird silence::
the secret of the world
is warped in a little bite of pause
within two capacity of chirping ,
or amidst one;

the moment that bird connects
to a constant beep in an assembly line,
the whistle of a factory,
a howling train,
the distance between tick and tock,
the sound of a lose screw
under the rail way
of time….

    This is a beautifully written poem. “… the moment of silence between tick and tock” permeated by the alarming events: the whistle, the fastness of the howling train and the imminent danger of “a loose screw under the railway of time”.

    You know as I read this, all I could see was the cuckoo clock as well workers in a factory. Working like machines and with a whistle they stop short for a break. I like how you've written this, it gives variuos images for the reader to think!

    It's crazy to think that in just one second, everyone on this world is experiencing a moment - whether they're sleeping, working, doing something new for the first time, whatever it may be, they're all tied together by time. This poem made me think of that.
