A Wind Forlorn

A Wind Forlorn

In fall I think of spring,
In pain I think of you,
I always feel my wing,
Filled with heavy dew.

On earth I walk, yet I,
Wander in my thought,
Towards the vast sky,
Where your images float.

Sometimes with you I rest,
Sometimes I do dare,
To sink within my quest
Are you really there ?

Definitely read as a guardian angel to me. Or calling on someone's spirit to watch over you, remembering them and having their peace and memory keep you company. Beautiful, with a maybe a touch of sadness in that final question, though thinking of them and feeling their presence in some way doesn't need to be proven. Sometimes, we're just reminded of others, and there's no explanation necessarily. It's just a comfort :)

Thank you for your feedback my friend. Well, it is a great way to see a guardian angel here... As the poem is addressing a similar yet much larger entity or concept. Sometimes, in times of weakness, we doubt our faith, and we question the sky for this.

Thank you again for your lovely intervention
