KN95

"KN95"
There you are again, mystery guy in a white mask.
Your name is the question I want to ask.
Then I saw those coded numbers I've described,
There, I chose to name you KN95.

Since the day, I saw traffic jams again,
I started to see you at the same end,
Of this line, waiting for the ride home.
Showering your hand with alcohol out of boredom.

Then you suddenly struck up a conversation while next to me.
Frankly, I was submerged in the feelings of dubiety.
Thinking if you're mumbling or beatboxing.
But then I focused, there I knew you were talking.

That mask, KN95 guy wearing, was really bothersome.
Thank God, he was loud, or else he would sound dumb.
We always talked about the weird aftermath of this disaster.
And how anxiety bothers us every hour.

I didn't expect that the daily meeting with you,
Will make me out of the blue.
Though you're physically one meter away,
Your ears could hear what my life has to say.

But that day, talking loud wasn't your choice,
My ears could also hear something in your voice.
That felt weird, seeing you not in the mood
As I observed, you look not so good.

Blame me not, for worrying too much.
We are no friends, just strangers.
But there I knew, I grew fond of you,
When I haven't seen you in a day or two

Still in question your sudden absence,
The alcohol I showered my hand with'
Made me remember your essence,
As I look at the paper saying, I'm positive.
