Oh, I like this one. It made me think of denial, of knowing the truth of the matter before, but either purposefully leaving it behind, or making yourself believe it's not real. My only suggestion, would it read better as "forget" instead of "forgot"? Or taking out the "did" to use forgot, but then there would need to be an additional words or one syllable. Just an idea, always enjoy your senryus!
