Ink Flow

I know that you have kept them all
The love letters I used to scrawl
And yes back then I'd often write
If when there was a lonely night

It doesn't mean the nib is dry
Or the ink out of supply
Because my words you still entice
Just now I use a new device

As paper will be doomed to wear
The sheets will crease and often tear
Words one day might not be clear
Ink will fade and disappear

So with my fingers I will trace
The words with which I write with grace
And when we touch, this will begin
Composing letters on your skin

Although no paper to adhere
Your skin is where they all appear
My ink which flows right from my heart
And on your skin will gently mark

Where every word is felt not read
And with this way I use instead
For all my letters that I once wrote
My loving touch for you I dote
