I've absolutely fallen in love with this piece. I'm trying to think of something clever to say, yet am failing. So much of this piece just stuck with me. The idea of a blooming diamond, your exquisite word choice in this and immersive verses, all of it. The vivid descriptions along with the metaphor for depression, and that understanding that you do have something to share and show the world, even if your shine isn't always appreciated or is perhaps dulled. Poignantly written and added to my favorites!
