All of the things we never said…
...Have now filled me with uncertain dread.
All of the things we never did…
...Have now filled me with scars I cannot rid.
All of the things we never felt…
...Have now filled me with tears that welt.
All of the things we never experienced instead…
...My mind will never fully shed.
Oh, What we could have been…
