The writer created vivid feelings of an entangled mess of pain in one fluid sentence in this piece. I was struck by the lines "because I am ashamed of/ your questions/ that I cannot answer" and how it fits into the overall theme of being broken and how impossible it can feel. I also thought the poem was more impactful if I read it slowly to savor the meaning in each line. I enjoyed this a lot, great job by this writer.
