Jesus Christ Son of God
Prince of peace, light divine
shine your light in this life of mine
take my burdens and throw them away
and turn my darkness into day.
My life my all i'll give to thee
O Lamb of God who did so much for me
like the lost Sheep that went astray
you've guided my footsteps back your way.
Use me Lord to reach those suffering in strife
who's burdened down by the trials of this life
I come to you for guidance and light
when shame and self-doubt would cloud my sight.
Lord, I will not falter run or hide
for I know that my Jesus are always by my side
i'll be still and know that you are God
the one who know every path I trod.
And though the road may feel rough and dreary
and happiness may seem out of sight
I will face the challenges though weak or weary
and always do what I think is right.
