    Hello,

    I can relate to this. As poets, we tell a story, often our own. Sometimes we use metaphor and that can serve us well, by alluding to an element of our truth, but knowing it could be deciphered as an entirely different element that will resonate with the reader. However, grief in its raw form, is understood and felt without the need for mind pictures - it is powerful, it just is!
