Dazed (Lost in Thought)

Lost in thought, in a comfortale daze
My thoughts seem scattered, my sanity caged
Didn't you hear depressions the new craze?

I used to let the rain cool my sunburned skin
But realized pleasure, well isn't that a sin?
Sometimes there is no answer, nothing to mend

You've said your peace, I choose not to accept
Not once did you take into account how I felt
Why didn't we fear the cards we'd both been dealt?

Thats just it though isn't it, something you never thought
How far I'd come and just how hard I've fought
