I can't be what I'm not

Anxiety runs through my veins
My life seems so far away
In this mind everything seems at such a Distance Some days I can't even breathe
Not knowing how to deal with all these insecurities
Not knowing if you like me just for me
I don't always see what other people see
I'm Different even a little weird
I see things differently
So don't hold that against me
My world turns in different Direction
I'm even complicated to myself
To try and even work that out
I try not to over analyze that part of me
I guess being different is better than being the same
We are all born Unique
I can't be what I'm not
You are you and I'm just me
We can't escape who we are
or who we become
So I will continue as I am
People who like me will see beyond my walls
just to the person who is me
We're all perfect in someones eyes
So you do you and I'll continue to do me
