Valuing Life

When life gives you a door that's locked
Just stand back and try to knock
You'll never know if you don't try
And maybe this, will let you by

When obstacles are in your way
Don't let your blue skies turn to grey
Sometimes we just need to pause
To help us try to find the cause

There are many paths that we can choose
It doesn't mean that most will lose
If you have to go around
Then the path you chose was always bound

Don't live a life full of regret
Filled with memories to forget
But rather one that is worthwhile
To recollect and raise a smile

Being rich won't give you life rewards
Unless the wealth which you record
Is to never dwell on a mistake
And remember to give as well as take
