I love the gentleness in this piece, the tenderness, and how you convey that beauty in a few lines. The "you are loved" is simple yet a perfect way to end the poem. Sometimes, that appreciation and declaration may not seem like enough, but it is in many instances.

I love the overall message in this, and the care put into the note afterwards. It reminds me of my mother who can be quite particular about finding the perfect frame, and I admit, I have picked through frames before trying to find the "right" one to complement a photo, but at the end of the day, some of my favorite photos are held by a magnet on the refrigerator, kind of a random assortment but ones that make me smile. I also like how you worded the "people we love best should never need framing". It's almost like their personality and light should shine through, without us needing to put them in a certain light, or frame them in our minds a certain way, instead of seeing them for who they are.

Give me a couple of hours. My brain hasn’t process the info. Am I seeing what I am seeeing? Or what I am seeing is just what my brain has been thinking about lately? I wonder how Ben is?

I have been revisiting this poem for a while, and I think, I finally convinced myself that I am not dreaming.
