A really good message and reminder to live in the present! It can be incredibly hard to not get stuck in the past, or catastrophize on what will happen in the future... but there needs to be a balance on us finding peace and acceptance within ourselves. I know I struggle with comparing where other people are at in their lives as opposed to where I'm at, but all our journeys are so different and unique. And it's sad when so much of our success is measured by what we can or can't contribute, that can really disrupt our sense of self-worth and what we measure our life by.
