Overwhelming

When looking at the puzzle
Of the jigsaw that I solved
And all the thousand pieces
Which were all involved

At first it seemed so daunting
On where that I should start
But the corners were a good place
Just like a frame of art

The sides they were quite easy
To join and form an edge
And once they met the corners
Determined I would pledge

With all the other pieces
Again like art would flow
When I would match the textures
Of each one that would show

And then I'm left with detail
On how they might connect
To join the other pieces
With what might look correct

Although this takes some time
When I stepped back then, I saw
My puzzle started forming
And leaving me in awe

Now easier as I go
With not many pieces left
This puzzle isn't that hard
I really shouldn't have stressed

And then I lay my last piece
Only one place for it to go
My puzzles nearly finished
So I take it really slow

And I know that it will fit
But it would mean the end
Even though it doesn't matter
Because I can start again

Then I formed a conclusion
Our life should be the same
When something doesn't quite fit
We don't hang heads in shame

Because we will only learn
And often from our mistakes
When searching for our connection
However long it takes

Where life is such a puzzle
And at times will be in pieces
But when tackling each one solely
The problem then decreases

Good insight and true. Life is like a jigsaw puzzle and instead of running away its best to take time and find a solution.
