My Caged Bird - Haiku

I see you posted this in the love category, and while I can see it as directed toward a significant other, I also see it as self-love. The part inside of you needing to be held, needing to be acknowledged and given a sense of freedom and security... you will someday be able to reach her and have her needs be met. I think, overall, this haiku spoke to me of healing. Hope to read more of your work soon; keep posting!
