Did the sun light follow our afternoon
Or was it something that we did not plan
And was it the moon light that came too soon
Passing so quickly since it all began
Sometimes I'm yearning for moments to freeze
When I'm reflecting the times that we share
With memories now are all that will please
And a future I can no longer bare
Why do I feel all the years that would pass
Are now just a reflection in my eyes
When once we were stepping on greener grass
Until the sun and moon fell from our skies
And no more our steps which once they were bound
Only in circles they now go around
