Vibrations

by BOB GALLO   Dec 22, 2023

We are born,
to live for a while,
and die
forever.

-death doesn’t deny living,
death is the constant contradiction of birth,_

to race, to learn endlessness at the end of each road
to spin forever
in the short turns of these
sharp angles,
in our leeway between deaths,
in one another,
to learn death,
to indoctrinate perpetuity.
before our times,

to be reborn again and again
from ourselves
in everything that mirrors, or resembles, "us,"
carving our marks
on the
collective consciousness.

Life dehisces in our vibrance,
vines start to swirl,
and colours start to mate,
and sound start to serenade.

In the distance between us
world oscillates forever:
in a pendulum clock
silently,

or in our chest,
violently.
