Orchids and Moonlight

by Synful   Jan 29, 2024

How does one ignore
The urge to take her hand,

And

Brush it with the softest kiss,

And smile as the soul
Sings of orchids and moonlight -
Starshine harnessing a melody so ethereal
And painting her aura
In a purple so enchantingly royal -

Leaving her admirer to happily drown,
To relinquish with her dying breath,
A croon -

Of immortal devotion and adoration
As she relishes
In the chaos of a dark goddess's love.
