Lesson to learn?

They say within each tear there is a lesson.

But lessons only can be learned with a better outcome or a way to make things better or easier. .

Don't cry over spilt milk? ... why? . . When you can't afford to buy more. . Or you struggle to get out the door. .

I just feel I'm forever in a cycle. . A cycle that's so hard to break. .

It hurts. . I hurt. . The barrier is so hard to break.

Yet I feel I'm breaking more and more. .

And the tears roll down. .

Lesson? . . Lesson of hurt? Lesson of feeling too much? Lesson of losing control?

I hate crying but I can't help it.

I hate feeling like this and I don't deserve it.

Lesson of the day I only learned that life is painful at times. And there is nothing you can do but hurt

    such raw emotion, the end of your poem is the perfect prequel to the last paragraph of my poem
    "Love that little bit more"
    "There are good days and bad please reflect my friend
    Be grateful for the beginning, middle and end
    So without trying times that hurt to your core
    You wouldn’t appreciate the good, and love that little bit more.."

    This poem could nearly be classified as sad/heartbreak poem too, great poem!
