Met my girl -
In the summer of '82, I met my girl,
At the arcade, playing Frogger.
She was the prettiest thing I'd ever seen,
With her long hair and her brown eyes.
We started dating on February 18, 1983,
And we've been together ever since.
We've had our ups and downs,
But we've always loved each other.
I remember cruising the strip on Friday and Saturday nights,
Cruising in my Chevelle.
We'd listen to the radio and sing along,
And we'd just have a good time.
We've made so many memories together,
And I can't imagine my life without her.
She's my best friend, my lover, and my soulmate.
I love my girl more than anything in the world,
And I'm so grateful that I met her that day in the arcade.
