Pulp

by Jenna Bella Oldridge   Mar 19, 2024

My self-love is circumstantial.
My self-worth particularized by events.
Care and value situation dependant.
There are too many variables to be steady
in my view of who I am.
Indenity stands on shifting sands.
Convictions brittle.
Concepts of self bend and break.
Unsettled, a coming and going, the insecurity of I.
Disperced and scattered, a character in remnants.
Self-esteem a pulp, residue in an empty glass.

"Indenity stands on shifting sands." do you mean Identity? also this is a tongue twister as well, i wouldn't attempt to say that fast 5 times haha.
A part of me relates to this, and constantly working on the first line,
    Great job JBO
