Life…

by Tim   Jun 14, 2024

We live and then it comes time to die,
In the blink of an eye, the years fly by.
Moments cherished, some forgotten,
Love and laughter, grief begotten.

We weave our tales, through joy and pain,
Under sunshine, through the rain.
Dreams we chase, some we find,
Others left in the corridors of the mind.

In the end, when time draws near,
We face the truth, release our fear.
For life is but a fleeting sigh,
We live, we love, and then we die.

But in the hearts we've touched and known,
Our legacy, our seeds are sown.
In memories held, in whispers of the night,
We live on, in love's enduring light.
